Wine Tasting

 Each
year Family Dog Center chooses a charity and hosts a wine & beer
tasting for the benefit of that charity. We transform our
training arena into a wine tasting garden and invite 300 of our
closest friends. We have chosen some of the world’s finest wines
guaranteed to please any wine drinker’s palate. We have not left
out the beer drinkers by choosing 20 + handcrafted, specialty
beers.
In past years we have had a successful silent auctions, and this
year it will help the children. There are always great items in
the auction, which is a treat all by itself. There will be great
deals to be had by all! The businesses of the La Crosse area
have been outstanding by donating to the auction making this
event such a success!
2007
We are pleased to announce that we have chosen
Children's Miracle Network for
the recipient of this year’s Charity Wine / Beer Tasting
proceeds! The Children's Miracle Network truly is a miracle for
children with special needs!
2006
Our 2006 tasting was exceptional year with many great wines and
almost 20 beers, and even one root beer. Our 2006 charity
recipient was Operation Home Front. Operation Home Front assists
the families of our deployed military personnel. When troops
from our area are called up many of their families experience a
dramatic drop in household incomes. Families suffer and we
wanted to help Operation Home Front deal with this issue. We
want to thank the many businesses that donated to our silent
auction and helped to make this tasting the most successful yet.
