Boarding at Family Dog Center means peace of mind. With 25 years of experience, we provide a safe, structured, and caring environment where your dog feels comfortable, stays active, and is treated like one of our own.

Professional Boarding

For 20+ years, Family Dog Center has supported you and your dogs.  Family Dog Center / The Dawg Haus is fully staffed with caring professionals to ensure your dog has a happy and playful stay with us.

Our complex has over 6,000 sq feet featuring our beautiful Doggie Hotel with 24 luxury suites, 2 Indoor play areas, Retail and Training Center.   We also have four nice outdoor play yards for our guests to use during their daycare and boarding stays with us.

Boarding Services

At Family Dog Center, we have three different tiled suite sizes to keep your dog comfortable and safe. All suites include a cot/bedding and food and water bowls.  Please provide their food, treats and any medications. You are welcome to bring their favorite blanket or bed (must be laundered prior to stay).  Your dog will have their own locker where their food and any other items they bring with them are kept.

We administer a majority of medications at no charge.  We ask that all food and medications are labeled with your pets name. 

Dogs Happiness Is A Priority

We want nothing more than to make your dog's time away from home memorable.  They will spend quality time with staff and other dogs if you choose to have them in group play. From the best Tuck In Service, Bath and Canine Cafe to Adventure Strolls, Mid-Day Snack, and a private 1-on-1 cuddle session, your dog remains our top priority.

Announcing Extended Stay Program - 3+ Week Long-Term Boarding

We are now offering an extended “HELPING PAWS FOR ANY CAUSE” program for dogs of all ages.


Life happens, whether it's a hospital visit or extended vacation. If you find yourself or someone you know needing dog care for 3+ weeks, please give us a call.


We're here to help make this time as easy as possible.

Reduced rates-$35 per day (minimum of 20 days)

  • Private luxury suite-we supply bed or you can bring your own
  • Includes daycare if applicable
  • Individual walk or cuddle sessions

 Visit your dog while they are here

  • We can arrange home visit (addt’l fee)
  • you can come here to visit

 Transportation

  • We can transport your dog to & from vet care appointments (addt’l fee)
  • We can transport your dog to and from groomer appt. (addt’l fee)
  • We can arrange transportation to & from our facility if needed (addt’l fee)

Some Dawg Haus Rules

Proof of current Vaccinations are required prior to their stay with us.  Vaccinations required are Bordatella, Rabies, DHLPP.


All Dogs must be on a current flea and tick program.


All dogs must be 1 year old and older to participate in adult group play.


Puppies as young as 8 weeks are welcome into our puppy nursery program. We offer a progressive puppy daycare program for puppies of all ages and sizes with emphasis on social skills and providing your pup a safe and fun environment when with us. Puppies play and socialize only with pups of their age and social development.


To participate in our daycare and boarding programs, all dogs 15 months and over must be spayed or neutered.

Non-spayed females over 15 months are not allowed in boarding and if they do come into season during their stay with us, there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. 


Difficult to Manage or excessive daily care dogs will be assessed an additional $15/per day fee during their boarding stay.

All dogs must be on leash at all times when entering and leaving our property.


Food/Medication: Please bring their current diet and meds and mark it with their name and feeding instructions.


Hours:  Reception Desk -Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Check in and Out Times-- Monday thru Friday 8-11 Am , Sat/Sun 8-11/3-5

All dogs must be a minimum of 4 months to participate in daycare; However, we do offer a special puppy daycare and puppy camp for puppies 8-16 weeks.


All dogs 9 months and over must be spayed or neutered


Non-neutered males are not allowed in our daycare or boarding programs.
